We're a growing UK trading card and collectables business built on one idea: every customer should feel like part of the community — whether they're watching a live stream, browsing in store, or opening a parcel at home. We're hiring across three roles.

On camera

Stream Host

Be the face and voice of Neo Cards during our live streams — opening packs, showcasing products, and creating an exciting, welcoming atmosphere for our community of collectors.

Hours 6–9 per week
Hourly Pay £20+ DOE
What you'll do
  • Host engaging, family-friendly live streams from one of our streaming locations, opening packs and showcasing collectable products in real time
  • Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for viewers throughout every stream
  • Interact with viewers throughout the stream, answering questions and building engagement and community
  • Present products clearly and accurately, highlighting condition, rarity, and value
  • Manage live sales during the stream, ensuring accuracy and a smooth customer experience
  • Keep customer orders organised throughout the stream, ensuring a smooth and accurate handover to the Parcel Masters (Order Fulfilment)
  • Help plan stream content and themes alongside the wider team
  • Represent Neo's brand and values on camera at all times
  • Build a loyal, returning audience through consistency and genuine personality
What we're looking for
  • We're looking for hosts to stream:
    • Pokémon
    • Disney Lorcana
    • Magic: The Gathering
    • One Piece
    • Football or any other sports TCG
  • Confidence and charisma on camera, with natural presenting ability
  • Able to keep content warm, positive, and family-friendly at all times
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, community-first attitude
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, live environments
  • Reliable and organised, able to manage stock and sales accurately during a stream
  • Prior streaming, presenting, or live selling experience is a bonus but not essential — personality matters most
  • Can work successfully as part of a team
  • Willing to get stuck in, embrace new initiatives, and share honest feedback to help us grow

In store

Collectable Keeper

Be at the heart of our physical store — welcoming customers, helping them find what they're looking for, and making every visit feel special.

Hours 35 per week, Tue–Sat
Hourly Pay £15 DOE
What you'll do
  • Welcome and assist customers in store, creating a warm and inclusive experience
  • Help customers find products, answer questions, and offer knowledgeable advice on cards and collectables
  • Keep the shop floor and store clean, tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing
  • Handle stock deliveries, pricing, and merchandising
  • Act as a keyholder, opening and/or closing the store as needed
  • Conduct start of day and end of day procedures, including cleaning
  • Build genuine relationships with regular customers, helping foster our in-store community
  • Make customers hot drinks, adding a welcoming, personal touch to their visit
  • Manage and oversee play tables, ensuring a friendly and welcoming space for customers to play
  • Complete admin tasks such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Support with returns, queries, and general customer care
  • Champion Neo's values and brand in every customer interaction
What we're looking for
  • A genuine interest in trading cards and collectables
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy, with the confidence to hold keys and open/close the store
  • A strong team player who enjoys building relationships with our regular customers
  • Can work successfully as part of a team
  • Comfortable with admin tasks and basic computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail, particularly around stock and product condition
  • Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential
  • Barista experience would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Willing to get stuck in, embrace new initiatives, and share honest feedback to help us grow

Behind the scenes

Parcel Master

Make sure every order is picked, packed and prepared to a high standard — knowing that for many customers, this parcel is a moment they've been looking forward to.

Hours 22.5 per week, Mon–Fri
Hourly Pay £15 DOE
What you'll do
  • Set up and maintain packing materials and supplies ready for use
  • Carry out stock takes of packing materials, ordering more as needed
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately, following our quality and packaging standards
  • Pack large and complex orders with care and accuracy
  • Carefully handle and protect collectable items, particularly high-value or fragile products
  • Check orders against picking lists and correct any discrepancies
  • Prepare parcels for dispatch, including labelling and courier handovers
  • Use packing applications to prepare and dispatch orders
  • Keep the fulfilment area organised, clean, and efficient
  • Support with stock counts and inventory accuracy
  • Flag any issues with stock, orders, or packaging processes to the wider team
What we're looking for
  • A careful, detail-focused approach to work
  • Reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks and standing/moving for extended periods
  • Basic computer literacy (for order systems and stock checks)
  • Team player who takes pride in getting things right
  • Can work successfully as part of a team
  • An interest in trading cards or collectables is a bonus, though not essential
  • Willing to get stuck in, embrace new initiatives, and share honest feedback to help us grow

Please note that our streaming location, shop, and packing areas are based within a Grade II listed building, which does not have lift access. As a result, applicants must be able to navigate stairs comfortably as part of this role.
